(L.A.) Carl Cooke, 52, Died in a Sober Living Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Black male that occurred in a sober living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carl Cooke of Norwalk, California.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Pancreatic Carcinoma

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine and Methamphetamine

The medical examiner considers this an accidental drug overdose.
