Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latin American male that occurred on a hillside.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Gonzalez Ruiz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:16 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
