(L.A.) Carol Fitzpatrick, 52, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Carol Fitzpatrick.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP CAROL FITZPATRICK (October 05, 1970 – February 13, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:35 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
