Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Claude Ruau Choate.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Medication Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was on Friday at 6:05 p.m.

Ruling by the medical examiner was published in late June after tox results came back.
