The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Colleen Rogers.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
Propoxyphene is an opioid analgesic primarily used for the management of mild to moderate pain. It is available in various formulations, often combined with acetaminophen, under brand names such as Darvon and Darvocet-N.
Despite its historical use, propoxyphene has been withdrawn from the market in the United States and Europe due to serious safety concerns, particularly related to cardiac toxicity.
