Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cristobal Serrato, resident of Hoyt Street in Pacoima.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Recent Heroin Intoxication
