(L.A.) Crystal Barron, 37, Died in a Transitional Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a transitional living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Crystal Barron.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Toxicity

RIP CRYSTAL BARRON (September 26, 1985 – June 20, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:43 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
