(L.A.) Crystal Taylor, 56, Died in a Hotel/Motel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Crystal Taylor.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hydrocodone Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
