(L.A.) Crystal Webb, 40, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Crystal Webb.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP CRYSTAL WEBB (August 6, 1982 – January 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
