RIP DANIEL STEINHOFF (December 26, 1965 – January 16, 2024)

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 31, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. It appears that a nasal swab picked up particles of the coronavirus and the DME is required to report it. We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.

This is a death from heatstroke. Non-exertional environmental hyperthermia, also known as classic or passive heat stroke, is a severe form of heat-related illness that occurs without physical exertion. Unlike exertional heat stroke, it occurs without strenuous physical activity. It is primarily caused by exposure to high environmental temperatures, especially during heat waves.
It often affects vulnerable populations like the elderly, infants, and those with chronic illnesses.

A death is considered an accident if there is no intention to kill the individual, so it was not a suicide or homicide. It also was not a natural death.

“Boiling to death” is a term used metaphorically to describe the inability of the body to cool itself, similar to how water in a pot can’t get any cooler than its boiling point. It is not literal boiling, but rather a failure of the body’s cooling mechanisms.
