(L.A.) Darrell Holst, 63, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Darrell Holst.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Force Injuries

Other Significant Condition: Acute Cocaine and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
