Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Darren Gallagher.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:16 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
