(L.A.) David LaPietro, 42, Died in a Yard

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old “American Indian” male that occurred in a yard.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Lapietro.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Heroin Intoxication

RIP DAVID JOSEPH LAPIETRO (October 26, 1979 – March 11, 2022)

The decedent appears to have been Native American. When he was arrested for a DUI in December 2020, South Los Angeles CHP listed him as Asian.

He is buried at Morongo Tribal Cemetery.
