(L.A.) David Miller, 57, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Miller.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP DAVID MILLER (January 6, 1966 – May 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:35 p.m.

The DME changed the place of death from “bar” to sidewalk.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner on the COD was published on July 9, presumably after the results of a tox panel came back.
