Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 11-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the child as David Musaza.

Chiari malformations are structural defects in which the lower part of the brain presses on and through an opening in the base of the skull and cerebellum into the spinal canal.
