(L.A.) David Padilla, 46, Died at a Railroad Crossing

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Latino male that occurred at a railroad crossing.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Padilla of San Fernando.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Traumatic Injuries

RIP DAVID PADILLA (February 15, 1977 – August 9, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:22 p.m.

The decedent was hit and killed by a Metrolink train in San Fernando.

Firefighters responded to the 1100 block of Tru-man Street, near North Maclay Avenue, at around 6:15 p.m. for a fatal collision.
