The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Sundseth.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: End-Stage Renal Disease; Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuritis; Hypothyroidism
