Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Deborah Landless.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs. This is considered an accidental overdose.
