The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Debra Lacy.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Ligature Hanging

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Unspecified Mental Problems and Chronic Pain Caused by Nerve Damage

RIP DEBRA LACY (August 24, 1966 – June 1, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 4:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 12.
