Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred in a behavioral health facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dino Perez.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:39 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
