(L.A.) Edgar Esquivel Gonzalez, 32, Died on a Freeway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred on a freeway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Edgar Esquivelgonzalez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:32 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

Notice that the government investigator entered the decedent’s last names into the public record as one word — Esquivelgonzalez instead of Esquivel Gonzalez.
