(L.A.) Eduardo Jaimes, 28, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eduardo Jaimes. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Flores.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
