The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ellis Cooke of West 40th Place.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Hypertension

Other Significant Conditions: History of Stroke; History of Recent Cocaine Use; Obesity
