(L.A.) Eric Wallace, 65, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eric Wallace.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension

RIP ERIC WALLACE (June 1, 1958 – September 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:26 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 26, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
