The coroner’s office has identified the child as Fanzhang Qu.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 14.

The decedent’s name appears to be mainland Chinese.
