(L.A.) Felicia Blake, 58, Died in a Hotel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black female that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Felicia Blake.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Congestive Heart Failure, and Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:34 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
