(L.A.) Garrett Ziegler, 38, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Garrett Ziegler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

The decedent was arrested on February 27, 2017, in Malibu for 11350(A) – Possession of Narcotic Controlled Substance.
