The coroner’s office has identified the man as George Farrugia.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Coronary Artery Disease; Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
