The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hassan Nasserkhadivi.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Fulminant Hepatic Failure

Cause of Death C: Acetominophen Toxicity

RIP HASSAN NASSERKHADIVI (July 11, 1968 – May 2, 2002)
