Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Herach Ounjian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Heart Disease
