The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hunter Hoopengarner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Fentanyl, Alcohol, and Benzodiazepines Intoxication

Cause of Death B: Seizure Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified

Cause of Death D: Obesity
