(L.A.) Igor Khanenko, 64, Died in a Vehicle Collision 🧁

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Igor Khanenko of North Hills.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

RIP IGOR KHANENKO (December 18, 1958 – December 22, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:03 p.m.

Khanenko is a surname associated with Little Russia.

LAFD sent the following alerts on December 22 (Thursday) regarding an incident at 6358 W Forest Lawn Drive.

Two-vehicle collision with two patients.

One patient, in critical condition, is trapped and requires extrication. The condition of the second patient is unknown at this time (ages/genders unknown at this time).

Questions regarding the collision are referred to LAPD Incident #2120. All Eastbound traffic on W Forest Lawn is being closed and drivers are advised to use alternate routes.

The patient requiring extrication is beyond medical help and determined dead on scene. Firefighters are evaluating the second patient for transport.
