The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Irene Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:04 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 7.
