Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Hispanic/Latin American male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Israel Zuniga.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Glycosuria
