(L.A.) Jacob Metcalf, 22, Died in Urgent Care

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an urgent care facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jacob Metcalf.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, and Raoultella planticola Bacteremia

Other Significant Conditions: Nasopharyngeal Swab Positive for Adenovirus, Coronavirus NL63, Human Rhinovirus/Enterovirus, Parainfluenza Virus 3, and Respiratory Syncytial Virus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:32 p.m.

The government investigator had initially listed the decedent’s name as Metcaff and not Metcalf. A name correction was made on August 22, 2022, when the manner and cause of death were revealed.

Human coronavirus NL63 (HCoV-NL63) is a species of coronavirus, specifically a Setracovirus from among the Alphacoronavirus genus. It was identified in late 2004 in patients in the Netherlands.

We do not know if the decedent had his immunity compromised by injections of synthetic mRNA.
