Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Graves.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use
