The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Johnson.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP JAMES JOHNSON (June 20, 1933 – January 2, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:00 a.m.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
