Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Javier Garcia Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Diabetes Mellitus

Other Significant Condition: Cocaine Use
