Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jessy Alvarado.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Phencyclidine, Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP JESSY ALVARADO (September 15, 1994 – September 23, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:43 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late May the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
