(L.A.) Joenathan Miller, 59, Died in a Healthcare Service

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Black male that occurred in a health-care service.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joenathan Miller.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Cocaine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation, Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:20 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
