RIP JOHN HASTINGS (December 4, 1953 – June 24, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:53 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s surname as Hasting, before later adding another letter at the end.
