Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred at a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jorge Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:53 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
