Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred on a ship.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Banuelos.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Diabetes Mellitus, Sleep Apnea

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 7:36 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 1.
