Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred at a business.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Reyes.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertension

RIP JOSE REYES (March 24, 1968 – January 30, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:42 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
