Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Diaz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:59 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
