(L.A.) Judy Reyes, 39, Died in a Hotel/Motel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old female of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Judy Reyes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Heroin, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:48 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 11, presumably after results of tox tests came back.
