Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kendra Gray.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Acute Bronchopneumonia, Acute Cervicitis and Endometritis (Postpartum), Streptococcus pyogenes Bacteremia, Adenovirus and Chronic Wound (Right Hand)
