The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kenneth Mosby.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Phlebothrombosis of Lower Extremities

Other Significant Condition: Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy
