Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kyle Moorefield.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Ethanol, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine Intoxication
