Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Linda Hadley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP LINDA HADLEY (April 11, 1957 – April 8, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:33 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early June, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
